• Preparing payroll for boutiques staff. • Preparing letter such as Letter of Employment, Increment, confirmation for boutiques staff. • Liaise with Boutiques on requirement/ packing stationeries. • Preparing Converse Boutiques staff monthly claim. • Preparing PO & liaise and follow-up with supplier. • Liaise with government bodies such as Majlis Perbandaran for Converse Boutique's licenses. • Coordinate and assist day-to-day general administration at office, organizing and maintaining files and records. • Monitoring and updating attendance record inclusive daily attendance, daily leave record lateness report , monthly attendance report to ensure employee punctuality for boutique and office staff.

• Handling TNB project submission and items related with the project.• Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the director.• Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the director.• Handling company’s licenses renewal: SSM, JKKP, NIOSH, Indah Water Konsortium, Suruhanjaya Tenaga,CIDB and Kewangan
