After 7 years working in major companies as a strategy and innovation consultant at Deloitte and Damm, I decided to apply my learnings in soft skills, technology, and personal development to the education sector.My goal is to complement the current curriculum with programs that integrate leadership, emotional management, and social skills, preparing future generations with the abilities they need to thrive in a changing and technological world.To prepare myself, I obtained a master's degree in Educational Technology and Digital Competence from UNIR, along with a Design Thinking certification from IDEO. This equipped me with the tools to enter the education sector with a focus on active learning methodologies.Three years ago, I founded **StartKidsUp**, a project that brings together a team of teachers, psychologists, and former consultants to create **Leaders of Tomorrow**, an after-school program that fosters self-esteem and social skills in children ages 6 to 14, preparing them to become change-makers.And what role does technology play in all of this? A huge one.
