• User research in 4 provinces and 20 bakeries and collecting 600 samples of usability testing with people in the NANIO project.• Filming the usability test and assisting the TOSAN TECHNO product team manager.• Help redesign the NANINO application according to the information gathered from the field research.

• Holding brainstorming sessions in interaction with the main stakeholders of the project and preparing the project charter.•Conducting user research meetings with the help of the product manager and taking usability tests on competitors' products.• Attracting 60,000 users and actively installing the "Top Mart" supermarket application on Google Play and Cafe Bazaar without any marketing ads.• Interacting with 3 product managers and 2 contractors to implement the technical part of the applications and hold briefing sessions and resolve design ambiguities.
