I am also the main liaison and contact with the Content Distribution team ensuring all activities are planned and implemented to agreed timelines.The Manager Client Services is responsible for managing the day-to-day team for VOD scheduling. This also include the management of ALL required metadata. I am the key point of contact for VOD problem solving and resolution for the EMEA Operational teams.I support the Senior Manager, Client Services to identify and enhance current business models and ensure monthly reporting is available to drive workflows. I am a highly reliable employee, committed to my work, well-organised and resolute when the situation so demands.
