Became a fully qualified Dual Fuel Smart Meter Installer gaining CMA1/MET1 and MOCOPA. This role has helped me to further develop my customer service skills and allows me to continue to build a strong rapport with all customers I meet. Always maintaining a professional approach enables me to adapt and tailor my communication to each individual.

This role allowed me to develop an insight into the construction industry. This is where my interest into the construction industry started.

This role was to service and repair heating and refrigeration units. The job covered the UK to provide our services and this allowed me to develop a customer service role as we were the face of the organisation that customers would interact with. This enabled me to develop my already strong communication skills and always deliver high customer service satisfaction.

Worked as a full time Physical Education Teacher, providing the students in my care with the enthusiasm and drive to succeed in sport. During this role I also taught Key Stage 3 Science which demonstrates my ability to adapt and learn new things quickly.
