Human Resources Manager - Snsw/Act
Current- Responsible for the scoping of initiative and delivery of people strategies and plans across Social Infrastructure. Provide both tactical and strategic advice to both the Senior HR Business Partner and leaders across.
- Support with the development of People & Culture strategies and initiatives to support effective people outcomes to support the Social Infrastructure strategic direction
- Support the Senior HR BPs in the effective scoping of project-based work for the Social Infrastructure division to support the delivery of People Plans
- Work with HR Delivery Partners & Coordinators to manage the effective delivery of HR project and annual cycle events
- Analysis of HR metrics, trends and data, with view to support related actions and effective outcomes
- HR Managers are to support behavioural change to the new ways of working and define and embed an improved level of behavioural standards, conduct and professionalism across the organisation
