I have a wide variety of experience in all sectors of the construction industry, from new build projects to refurbishment and maintenance contracts in both the public and private sector. I am involved in all sectors of the company’s business and have managed numerous construction and civil engineering projects. I have specific responsibility for Quality Control and play a vital role in ensuring the quality of products and services through close monitoring of the Sub-Contractors performances on standards of workmanship, materials as specified and compliance with the Main Contractors Programme. I am also responsible for the overall implementation of Health and Safety procedures.

Contracts Manager responsible for the completion of several medium sized projects. My duties included programming, cost control, commercial management, management of Sub-Contractors and direct labour on site, attending site meetings and dealing with all aspects of the projects. I reported directly to the Managing Directors of the company.
