A Realtor is a professional who is dedicated to learning and studying the market, while leaning about homes in the area as well. Realtors must develop relationships to build a client based and maintain relationships to build sales.

RAs help coordinate campus move-in, build a community among hall residents, provide conflict mediation and support students during times of need. RAs have to work with one another to ensure goals are met. Creative events and advertising are planned.

The Dispositions team is designed to assist any needs that customers have with their inventory. Employees are to locate missing cards, communicate needs, and complete any task required of the customer's inventory. Communicating with the customer is a huge necessity in this role for success.

The Graphic Design Assistant is to take job orders and complete them through design and producing products. They utilize Microsoft Office and the Adobe Suite to complete all tasks. Communication skills with management is extremely important. The Graphic Design assistant also assisted in the creation of standard operating procedures. Customer outreach and communication is necessary.

The intern role at the Orange County District Attorney's office is to support Assistant District Attorneys (ADAs) on their current cases and to learn more on the judicial branch. Interns would watch in court, transcribe evidence, and help organize information on cases for the ADAs. Interns were able to have direct conversations and to just learn from the ADAs themselves

The store associate is to provide world class customer service and produce the best quality burger. Store associates must excel in communication and have a strong work ethic, being able to work wherever the store needs them. Must work with a team to accomplish the goal and be willing to step up and take accountability. Stepping up and empowering employees is vital.
