The power to create anything you can imagine. That's what first drew my attention to the idea of engineering. Ever since I was young I have always been fascinated with building things. From small Lego houses to scale electric car tracks and everything in between. I have a love for teaching myself new skills and trying to become a master in everything I do. My passion for learning was vastly driven by my older brother who I would force to teach me about mathematics and science long before I was supposed to be learning it in school, even pushing him to teach my about the irrational constant PI and immediately learning 100 digits in grade 4 so I could win R20 off of him.This hunger for knowledge never died down and when I heard about Mechatronics in high school I was immediately sold on the concept. After the completion of my Mechatronics degree I have found my place as an embedded firmware and software developer in the aerospace industry with S-PLANE.
