- Ensure the site meets its health and safety regulatory duties - Support and coordinate the progression of the Terex Safety and Environmental Road Maps - Report and record any observations regarding team members displaying unsafe acts or at risk behaviors - Company policy development and deployment - Accident data analysis and trending - Coordinate and facilitate a range of Occupational Hygiene surveys with the Occupational Practitioners and Hygienists - Research and development of general health and safety training materials for internal use - Accident Investigation, Root Cause Analysis & Remedial Action Planning - Liaise with local authorities and other government regulatory bodies in relation to core health, safety and environmental legislation which may impact the company.- Maintain our regularity compliance in respect to PPC permits, stack emissions monitoring, Packing Waste Submissions and Solvent Emissions Regulations (SER) Management Plan - Coordinate with the company Occupational Health Practitioners in relation to per-employment screening and Occupational Health Surveillance. - Completion of risk assessment and Safe System of Work for our quarry machinery product range, engineering machinery, Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAV's), Display Screen Equipment (DSE), COSHH, PUWER and other occupational work activities. - Develop and deploy a range of remedial action plans resulting from risk assessments. - Manage to closure any arising Employers Liability Claims relating to the companies work activities via the Corporate risk management team, the company insurers, loss adjustors and solicitors.
