Support the lessons for students with additional needs so they can succeed.for example to stay focused in lessons, understand the topics and tasks so they can access there learning and develop more independence.First few weeks of my role I worked Monday’s 9-3 in Minden house with student’s with special needs.Tuesday-Thursday I work 9-4 with specific students with special needs doing a lv2 sport course.I have also supported a student with autism in business Lv3 and Maths GCSE on Mondays April 2024). Also in exam invigilator runner and invigilator.As of September 2024- multiple subjects including Art, vocational studies, car mechanics. As of October 2024- work in Minden special education unit.

I volunteered here since May 2019. Since 2022 I am supporting the inclusion session on a Sunday. Also holiday camps. Job Involves good conversations , someone for the young people to have someone to talk to whilst having fun playing sports.

Started as a volunteer as I help set up equipment and put away equipment. I also encourage the participants in Boccia and Multisports.March- September 2020 staying in touch through video calling at the usual time (Wednesday afternoon) keeping active at home.Paid staff from August 2023- Tuesday multi sport sessions at Hornchurch sport centre I assist and partly lead aspects of the session and support pack down and set up.

Help set up and put away equipment. Engaging young people in sports on offer. I do this on a weekly basis at 6 pm-8 pm on wednesday's.Saturday’s adapted cycling support I was captain of the (disability) cricket team!

Helped with webinars, campus tours (ambassador training and UMHC) and open days.Phenomenal Physiology Project - workshop facilitator The project will run for 6 weeks, culminating in a conference towards the end of April. The project is due to begin the week beginning 6th February, until the end of March, with training due to take place 27th January, This will be a full day of training which will be split in 2 – the morning will consist of a refresher on safeguarding, how to present/deliver & what will be expected of you when representing UEL and the afternoon will include the specific experiment training run by Dr. Mohammed Meah and Dr. Prashant Ruchaya (Science Academics). I will be required to run the workshops for Year 10 students at Hornchurch High school who have an interest in Sciences and Sport. The workshops are 60 mins long.
