I am a 2024 editor of Honi Soit. This involves liaising with reporters, writing and editing articles, administration tasks, and laying up a weekly student newspaper during university semester. POS service with customers, managing large groups of customers, serving non-English speaking customers on a daily basis, upselling, merchandise restocking and kitchen cleaning. Updating web-based interface for My Beer Dealer’s online bottle shop. Setting up bar & bottle shop products for sale on the POS system. Performing stocktakes in bottle shop and bar. General duties around bar & bottle shop, such as setting up bar for service, clearing tables, stocking shelves, and occasionally serving behind the bar.
