Founded a highly successful software agency. Our initial motivation for starting the agency was to help startups realise their potential. I extended our services to select non-startup clients whose projects resonated. Customers included Google, Endemol Shine, Dictate IT (Startup), WiseAlpha (Startup).Key achievements:1) Worked with Google Ideas and Advancing Human Rights (NGO) as the technology partner on Movements.org (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Movements.org) a platform designed for dissidents and activists to have a voice. 2) Helped Google (Jigsaw) maintain an open source project using AI to mitigate toxicity and ensure healthy dialogue online. The company later sold to Clanwilliam Group’s M&A.
