Regional Planning Manager for the Sisk Living Business Unit in John Sisk & Son. Responsible for programmes for all tender submissions & construction projects within the business unit. Further responsible for ensuring all Sisk planning procedures are implemented throughout Sisk Living, together with being the GDPR BU Champion.

Construction Planner responsible for the portfolio planning & detailed construction planning of the Cairn Homes residential portfolio.

Planning Engineer, supporting the Irish development & construction projects of SSE Renewables. Responsible for for developing /producing, monitoring and updating development, procurement, construction and whole project lifecycle programmes, monitoring of sub contractor’s programmes and progress reflecting all project activities with relevant key dates and milestones to aid analysis and reporting, and liaising within the contract & client team from site level up to company directors. Also responsible for monthly project reporting for budget, cost, programme, risk & safety statisics, preparation of board recommendation project papers, development and delivery of the company Planning Standards in accordance with the LCP Management System.

Project Manager on the construction of a Biomass Combined Cooling Heating & Power (CCHP) plant at the BSkyB campus in West London. Overall construction responsibility for delivering this project including control of Health & Safety, Budget, Programme, Claims, QA, Logistics, Monitoring of Sub-Contractors, Design Development, Client & External Parties Liaison from contract signing through to handover of the plant.

Project Planner on Pier E at Dublin Airport Terminal 2. Responsible for producing and monitoring the construction programme, identifying the critical path, compling resource histograms, weekly & monthly reporting within the project team and upwards to directors, other trade contractors & the client.

Responsible for producing and updating client & construction programmes from project feasibility stage through to completion of projects, monitoring of sub contractor’s programmes and progress, and liaising within the contract team from site level up to company directors. Other responsibilities included monitoring & coordinating design teams on a number of contracts, using procurement schedules to track release of information for tendering. Also responsible for researching, assessing & reporting of construction products & procedures, with particular regard to Modern Methods of Construction, Energy Efficiency & Renewable/Sustainable Technologies to comply with the most current stringent standards as laid down in the new Part L & Fingal County Council area plan.Other duties included liaising with the Department of Environment & Premier Guarantee inspectors for compliance sign off on units, managing the architectural sign off on planning permission & building regulation compliance, and the co-ordination of the internet based Builders Information Workshop Channel for Ballymore’s Irish projects.

Site Planner on Intel FAB24, National Aquatic Centre & Bristol Meyers Squibb (Cruiserath)Responsible for producing and updating construction, critical path and tender programmes and producing reporting programmes to the client’s representative. Also responsible for monitoring sub contractor’s programmes and progress, and liaising within the contract team on programme issues.

Responsible for setting out works, risk assessments & method statements on various contracts. These included R.C. Structures, Steelwork and Masonry Structures, Pipe-jacks, Micro-Tunnelling, Earthworks, Pipelines and Roads.
