- Managing all FT validation across the three key operational areas within the NAP Finance department (Scheme Settlements, Reconciliations & Customer Payments)- Responsible for defect escalation & prioritisation via daily triage events with the senior project management team- Managing the progression and personal development of the NAP Finance functional testers- Executive level reporting reflecting on test comfort levels via extensive MI packs and data sets- Maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders specifically the global card schemes (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Amex & Diners Club)- Key scheme representative and subject matter expert - building and delivering business critical processes to be utilised by the BAU workstreams

- Delivery of the the New Acquiring Platofrm, Worldpay's biggest project to date and the largest scale project of it's kind worldwide- Managing team of 11 Subject Matter Experts- Responsible for the implementation of new NAP Assurance functionality including development of new business requirements and related test scripts- Using BI reporting tools to create extensive month end packs and team/process overviews- Defect management, documentation and proritisation - Execution of UAT and FT test scripts providing full comfort ahead of functionality deployments- Key liaison between third party card schemes (Visa; MasterCard; Diners & JCB) and Worldpay
