The treatment centre provides a reception, waiting area, supervised toilet facilities, treatment rooms, consultation rooms, group and counselling rooms and ancillary accommodation. The new treatment centre is located adjacent to the existing Lodge building at the main entrance to the hospital campus.

Project manager for the final phase of completion at Our Lady’s Hospice & Care Services in Harrolds Cross. The works comprised of a 36 bed extension and refurbishment of 800m2 of the existing palliative care unit.The works involved careful planning in all aspects and stages of the project requiring continual liaison with the clients representative to ensure all works coordinated in the best possible way.The new “state of the art “Palliative Care unit was finished to the highest standards and without impacting on the surrounding services and to full client satisfaction.

Portlaoise

Project Manager role in completing a large primary school development for the department of education. The project consisted of a 32 classroom junior school for the Schoil Bhride Board of Management and the Department of Education. Construction of the school begun in January 2016 and will be complete in June 2017. Elements of the construction include an RC frame with finished blockwork in fill, steel frame, Kingzip roof panels, zinc roof sheeting and civils works. Additional to the 32 classroom school catering for in excess of 850 pupils, the works also included the construction of six ball/play pitches on the site,

Dublin

Lead project manager for the fit out of Facebooks new administrative building connecting two of the data centres. Clancy’s were procured to fit out the administrative Office Building with gross floor area of 6,424 m2 linking and accessing the data centre buildings with a value of €4.5 million. The overall project value is approximately € 1 Billion.A key objective of the project was to utilise BIM tools to its fullest extent to create and maintain a 3D prototype of the facility usable for construction and operations. All detail was developed in a 3D environment that was fully compatible with Revit as outlined in the contract BEP. We collaborated and coordinated with all other trades and subcontractors to enable this BIM environment. The last planner system was also a method used to manage and coordinate works on site which Clancy's completed along with all other contractors.

Cork University Hospital

The development will consist of the refurbishment and extension of part of the existing single storey paediatric unit (approx. 1970 sq. m) located to the rear of the main hospital building, to provide new patient accommodation including the construction of a two storey extension (approx. 3 000 sq. m) over the existing single storey paediatric unit to provide accommodation for a new outpatient unit, day ward and research facilities with associated plant located on the roof, a new stair and lift block linking the new development to the main hospital building at ground and first floor levels, a new stair block to the rear of the development and associated external landscaping works. The works also comprise:· full new Mechanical, Electrical & Lift Installations;· new roof finishes to the existing building(s);· structural alterations; and· asbestos removal and associated siteworks and services.

Site Manager on the development of a new two-storey extension incorporating canteen and ancillary stores at ground floor level to include reconfiguration of the ward adjoining the operating department at first floor level as a day ward to include admissions and second stage recovery to support a pair of operating suits with post anesthetic recover and theatre support services incorporating and extending the existing operating department over the existing kitchen, CSSD, canteen and yard adjoining. The project also includes for theatre plant rooms at roof level and new replacement stair block to the adjoining ward providing rooftop access.

The project included demolition work, M & E, fire proofing, all new internal steel partitions and a new glazed façade at the front of the building. This was under a GDLA form of contract. The project included demolition work, M & E, fire proofing and all new internal timber stud partitions.2008-2009 Bru Boru, Tipperary Value: €1.65mSite Clerk for the construction of an over-underground circular 2 storey reception and exhibition centre. This GDLA contract involved the construction a circular underground basement exhibition centre which connected to 2 existing buildings with the 1st floor above ground acting as a new front reception to the heritage centre. These works were completed on a restricted site.
