Boots Pharmacy 2022- present dayI am currently working for Boots in their Pharmacies as a training dispenser. my job role is to provide advise for patients seeking help for their need scaling from injury to coughs and cold. I recommend the best treatment using a wide range of product knowledge to give the best care we can. as part of our role, we show compassion and empathy towards the patients we serve to help them feel cared for and, equally as important, listened to. My other role is to construct the many prescriptions that are sent to the pharmacy. I have ever expanding knowledge on different medications, what they treat and different interactions they have with other medication. I handle very sensitive and serious information on a day to day basis as well as how to handle and despose of that information. for both parts of my role, I work very closely with the Responsible Pharmacist who helps us with more specific advice. Waitrose and Partners2015- 2022I worked as a sales assistant, at Waitrose and Partners, mainly on the service counters with competent knowledge in Meat and Fish. Product knowledge was something that I took very seriously, during my time there. If any gaps in that knowledge appeared, I would be more than willing to ask for advice to use in the future. On multiple occasions, my manager asked me for advice and opinions on upcoming changes and problems that we are faced with. I have been offered and advised to take specialist training to further expand my role and knowledge. During my time in my department, I have been given the responsibility to train new partners as they joined the partnership.
