I am a Television and Broadcasting professional who has experience working in a Playout Operations role as a platform controller for SIS Ltd. Managing multichannel customer facing broadcast programming, informing customer galleries of changes in scheduling and communicating with MCR to handle incoming broadcast feeds. While also completing day to day operational tasks and scheduling duties. I also have experience working in Content QA with Sky UK. Giving me a keen eye for detail while working through large quantities of content. Working within a fast turnaround TX critical environment, allowing me to develop skills with handling interdepartmental issues and quick resolution. Along with the handling of promotional and commercial content and their suppliers. This training has made me able to hold a variety of roles such as, a studio camera operator, sound engineer both in studio and on location, and a post production video editor in all major editing software.Outside of work I have a passion for online personal broadcasting using software such as OBS. With this I have an interest in video content creation. Using social media’s built in tools paired with my own ability to edit videos, through a variety of software such as Premier Pro, Davinci Resolve and Avid. I create engaging high quality videos for my personal channels.I also hold experience working with Photoshop to create Thumbnails and other graphic designs for clients and my own personal social media platforms. All this made possible by the skill I acquired during my Bachelors Degree in Television and Broadcasting.
