I can shift words around in such a way they resonate with readers, users or customers. I'm adept at taking raw copy or researching a topic and turning the information collected into whatever shape or form the client requires. Particular skills include transforming complex terms and industry jargon into plain, but not boring, English.

Initially I was hired to write four native articles for CNBC International for their client Dassault Systèmes, which included topics such as mining asteroids and artificial intelligence. Following this, I was commissioned to write four more stories for a project for Accenture, another CNBC client, about the future of brands in an increasingly digitised and customer-centric context.

In this second stint in Child, Youth and Family's communications team I was employed to be the editor of two publications. The first was an online publication called Awhi Mai, Awhi Atu. The second was Care Matters, a quarterly print magazine.

Complete rewrite of the web copy for this Wellington-based tech company, which involved working closely with a designer and interviewing staff.

For this role I created content for Composite's corporate website, wrote press releases and curated email newsletters. I worked directly with the CEO who was based in Copenhagen.
