I have a strong background in international logistics, air freight, and airlines, and I hold multiple certifications in aviation. I am currently a Freight & Operations Advisor at Qantas, where I direct, manage, and grow the freight operations for London and Johannesburg, two of the most strategic and challenging markets in the world.In my role at Qantas, I oversee the sales and reservations team, the third party ground handling and ground service compliance, and the key account management for the UK, European, and African freight markets. I also provide supervision, advice, and expertise regarding all freight requirements, and proactively drive business development to meet or exceed KPIs and targets. Additionally, I assist with global freight compliance and new port start-ups, and provide on hand support and supervision for all ground teams involved. I leverage my skills in international logistics, air freight, and airlines to deliver high-quality and efficient freight services to our customers and partners.
