I am project managing the creation of a new local campaigning and community organising function at the charity, supporting people with experience of baby loss to campaign for change within their communities.

A 6 month contract, I led the campaigning and activism work for the charity. I planned, delivered and evaluated campaigning activity that pushed for better support for families with deaf children.I managed a team of 3 campaigns staff, working closely with deaf young people and parents to create campaigns that applied pressure to decision makers and created change.
