As a Regents’ and Chancellor’s Scholar Finalist at the University of California, Berkeley, I am pursuing a Mechanical Engineering degree with a minor in EECS (Electrical Engineering and Computer Science). I am proficient in several programming languages including MATLAB, JAVA, and Python, as well as various software packages including SolidWorks, CATIA, and Autodesk Fusion 360. My physical skills include machinist experience, additive and subtractive manufacturing, and rapid prototyping.I have gained relevant experience through internships, projects, and research. I completed a manufacturing internship at Tesla Motors where I designed and validated new equipment assemblies and improved the overall manufacturing process. Additionally, I have worked on various robotics projects, including developing a voice-activated robot and designing a combat robot as project lead of RoboBears. I have also conducted research on identifying exoplanets and designing wind turbines.My passion for STEM education led me to become a STEM teacher at the ASTEME Non-Profit K-10 Learning Center in Los Angeles, where I designed and taught lessons on various topics such as robotics, 3D printing and design, and coding. As an experienced leader, I have led large-scale engineering teams and personally sourced parts and materials for my projects.With a deep interest in AI and automation, I am driven to explore opportunities in the aerospace and robotics fields. As a Mechanical Engineering Junior at UC Berkeley, I am eager to continue expanding my knowledge and skills in these areas.
