In my first project within HSP, I led internal testing and validation against work delivered by an external development team. Within the first month I personally identified critical security fixes within a live solution, mitigating company liability signifigantly.As the Technology Team within HSP evolved, my role was broadened to support product managers, and gather requirements for a Global HR solution, and a Global Expansion solution. This involved a critical gap-analysis exercise for which I was solely responsible. This exercise was crucial in the development of the solution, and resulted in meaningful strategy changes, promoting a better, more complete solution to production. Following on from this, I have worked closely with product owners to research and write user-stories, gather feedback from stakeholders, and support developers should the need arise. Additionally, I have led product demonstrations, user acceptance testing, and requirements gathering alongside stakeholders, including but not limited to the executive suite and the board of shareholders.

• Acresis is a Strategy Consultancy serving the start up marketplace. I have been employed as a part time Research Analyst providing research and insights on new markets and technologies, particularly those of interest to young people. • Projects of note included reviewing the Cambridge start up ecosystem to assess what forms of support are, and are not, available for early-stage companies in the region, Fika, an app supporting mental wellness, and Osper, a new type of banking service for young people.

• I began as a trainee and by the end of my employment with Old Schoolhouse I was fully bar trained and able to make over 52 cocktails.• My duties would often include preparation of orders, maintenance of bar stock and glassware, direct customer service and the handling of cash and card transactions. • Working within the hospitality industry developed my customer service skills as well as building my understanding of food & hygiene standards.

• I began within the kitchen at Bread and Meat preparing and cooking a variety of meats and poultry, high-quality sandwiches and a selection of sides. This also meant training and understanding food hygiene standards within a kitchen environment and ensuring we remained with UK legal standards of operation. Once I was trained in the kitchen, I trained in front of house service. My duties included greeting guests, taking and delivering orders, preparing and cleaning tables.• My duties also included Stock and Inventory which meant stock taking and ordering new stock as well as visiting our produce suppliers directly on days when we were busiest.

• I worked as a Supermarket Assistant with Waitrose & Partners for 18 months in order to fund a years travels. My role was to deliver outstanding customer service and to maintain an efficient shopfloor. • Working within a small, popular store meant I had the opportunity to complete multiple training courses such that I was as a high flexible employee. My Waitrose certifications increased such that I could supervise unloading of deliveries and their paperwork, stocking taking, facing up shelves, checkout and self-checkout supervision, cashing up and locking up. I also had the opportunity to develop management skills including the supervision and training of less senior partners.

• I worked as a Deliveroo Rider within Cambridge during the year of my GCSE studies. This was my first paid employment and was great experience as a 16-year-old.
