-Manage front end project coordination with design team, communicating precast requirements with varying trades such as gravity and lateral load path verification with the engineer of record or mechanical penetrations for roof top HVAC units.-Provide member and connection design for projects including but not limited to: insulated school gymnasium and pool.

-Analyze and determine requirements for precast members utilizing prestressing and mild reinforcement capabilities under service and ultimate conditions. -Design and calculate weld requirements and bearing capacities for all precast connections.

-Coordinate subcontracted engineering teams to facilitate the needs of the project with the capabilities of the plant and field. -Review shop submittals and calculations to verify compliance between designs and product form capacities. -Oversee project schedules to guarantee critical deadlines like submittals and production slots were met as well as answer.

-Manage the production of structural beams, tees, walls, and girders.-Budget labor and material costs on a project by project basis and assign daily staffing needs accordingly.

-Organize the procurement and fabrication of reinforcement cages for all architectural production beds.

-Manage the shipping and handling of precast with varying geometrical and aesthetic constraints.

-Perform material testing including but not limited to: Atterbergs, Gradations, Density and Moisture Content, pH and Sulfates, Cement Treated Soils.-Enter and plot data through gINT and AutoCAD for swell/consolidation curves and various laboratory results.-Inspect and verify foundations, structures, and sewage systems are in compliance with the necessary.

-Inspect and plot concrete degradation in ArcGIS along airport runways and concourses.
