Working as a blue-shirt volunteer at Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin in various areas of the hospital. Previously had experience on the Cardiology and Medical/Surgical floors. I am currently attending the surgical center organizing surgical charts of incoming patients.

-Shadowing emergency room physicians at Dell Seton Medical Center at the University of Texas

This summer beginning in June, I have been able to volunteer and shadow Dr. Mark McDonnell DPM in his and his partners' Dr. George Mundanthan MD, Dr. Richard Schram MD and Dr. Joshua Crum MD practice at the Seton Southwest Hospital.

I transcribed patient charts for physicians in the Emergency Department at Ascension Seton Medical Center and Ascension Seton Southwest Hospital.

I worked at the Southwest YMCA where I lifeguarded year round for 2 years while swim instructing in the summer months. For employment I was both CPR and AED certified, attending in-service trainings semimonthly.

I spent 6 weeks participating in an internship through the City of Austin at the Osvaldo A.B. Cantu/Pan American Rec Center working 4 days a week for 8 hours at a time. I split time answering calls at the front desk and interacting with the campers during their various daily activities ranging from physical activity in water parks to enriching educational activities in crafts.
