Define, articulate and implement a partnership distribution marketing propositions to support, develop and maximize partnership opportunities. Working with senior intermediary distribution and marketing managers to develop and implement a clear, concise and credible marketing proposition that is scalable, flexible cost effective and meets the commercial and/or acquisition targets set by each intermediary partnership.

I was responsible for designing and developing a clear and robust strategy for communicating with AXA PPP healthcare’s intermediary partners. Build a strategy to inform and advise key internal stakeholders regarding the development of intermediary communications. Developed, delivered and launched a user friendly online repository for intermediaries to source information about our products and services.

I managed the development & execution of best in class tender response process, including related implementation and communication activities. I managed both internal and external communications around AXA PPP healthcare’s proposition through traditional methods as well as e-capability, providing support information which will enhance the AXA PPP healthcare account management proposition and gives AXA PPP healthcare

Managed the delivery of the Corporate Marketing strategy ensuring proactive support for direct, intemediated, employee benefits and ICAS Corporate business. Working closely with teams across Corporate Sales to ensure that appropriate marketing and distribution support is provided including proactive engagement with External Communications team.

Responsible for the implementation and on-going management of multi-channel direct marketing campaigns for mass market health insurance products.
