Prior to that, I was self-employed in the package/freight delivery industry, being self-employed for 3+ years.Over the course of my career I've become skilled in Microsoft Office (especially VBA within Excel/Word), online content creation, extremely experienced in Customer Service across all mediums (email, phone, web chat, person to person).
