As a first-year law student (1L) at Georgetown University Law Center, I am building on a foundation established during my time at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, where I earned a dual degree in Operations Management & Business Analytics and Information Systems, along with a minor in Real Estate Development from the School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation (MAPP).My business education equipped me with the skills to apply quantitative and statistically based modeling techniques to complex data sets, as well as the ability to plan, use, and manage information technologies through system design and implementation. These hands-on, real-world case studies provided a solid foundation in both business and real estate, areas I remain passionate about. Now, at Georgetown Law, I am sharpening my legal analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities in preparation for a dynamic career in law. As I pursue my JD, I am eager to explore a wide range of legal practice areas, seeking opportunities for growth, leadership, and real-world experience across different sectors. My background in business and real estate, combined with my developing legal skills, enables me to approach complex issues from multiple angles. As I continue to grow in my legal education, I look forward to applying this perspective in a variety of legal fields, contributing thoughtfully to the areas I explore.Previously, I served as Alumni Chairman of my fraternity, where I developed strong organizational and leadership skills, and I remain committed to engaging in activities that align with my professional aspirations.
