With over 27 years of experience in the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) industry, I am joint NEIS (National Estates Information System) Product Owner for Operations and Maintenance/ FM Modules of the NEIS project at HSE Capital & Estates. I am passionate about digital transformation, BIM (Building Information Management) implementation, MMC, and whole lifecycle Management of the Built Environment. I have advanced my education and skills in this field. I hold a BSc (Hons) in BIM from Technological University Dublin, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied BIM from Munster Technological University. .I leverage my competencies in IBM TRIRIGA, Business Management, Digital Delivery and Analytical Skills to enhance the quality and performance of the HSE's assets, built environment and support its strategic objectives. My objective is to improve the healthcare outcomes and experience for patients, staff, and stakeholders through asset and BIM management.
