My second rotation in the Fonterra Graduate Business Programme was in the office of the CFO as a member of the Group Financial Planning and Performance team. The Group Financial Planning and Performance team is responsible for understanding financial performance and strategic execution for the Fonterra Group as a whole and overseeing the budgeting and forecasting process. During my time in this rotation I producing reports and presentations for the Fonterra Management Team and their respective business units. This was built from analysis on metrics such Gross Margin, OPEX, Return on Capital, Economic Value Add and Working Capital.Business enhancements I led included building the Return on Capital, EVA and Working Capital analysis tools within our business planning and forecasting system.Systems I worked with to during this rotation included SAP BPC and HFM.
Finance Application Support Graduate
My first rotation in the Fonterra Graduate Business Programme was within the Finance Application Support Team down in Fonterra's Finance Delivery Centre.In this role I was working across three of Fonterra's enterprise systems in a systems accountant capacity including Corporate SAP, ANZ SAP and JDE Asia. I also supported a number of other systems such as Blackline and HFM. Key area's of work included supporting the business with SAP workflow issues, acting as a systems administrator for Blackline and completing a number of month end processes for the reporting services team. I also supported projects which included the the transition and migration of information into the new reconciliation tool, and the testing for a new automated invoice processing system.

As President of AIESEC Singapore, a youth sector non profit, I worked with a number of key stakeholders to provide leadership for youth in Singapore.
