As the Performance Manager in Global Consumer and Foodservice I have been actively involved in the planning, performance and forecasting for Fonterra's $450m NZD EBIT FMCG and Foodservice businesses. Key responsibilities have been to ensure that senior leaders and shareholder relations teams have a sound understand of our performance and to provide guidance to key stakeholders on where the business is going through the monthly forecasting and annual budget process. Furthermore during this time I have been the acting commercial manager for Fonterra's Global QSR Key Account team. This has involved helping the team set and achieve sales targets, manage customer credit risk, support pricing strategies and ensure the team are efficiently resourced.

Singapore

During my time as the Revenue and Pricing Lead within the NZMP Sales & Transformation I worked as a finance business partner to our SEA, NZ & Global Account sales teams. This involved overseeing the pricing and contract compliance for a number of large FMCG and food manufacturing customers. Furthermore as a finance business partner I prepared budgets, sales performance & forecast tracking, risk management and portfolio analysis.

In my final rotation of the Fonterra Graduate Business Programme I joined the Global Ingredients team as a Graduate Commercial Analyst.Responsibilities involved were:- Budgeting/Forecasting for the Global Ingredients Business Unit- Producing monthly Price Achievement/Gross Margin and Product Profitability reports on our wider Global Sales performance- Tracking our $1b Accounts Receivable portfolio and reporting on the outstanding balances by regions and customer- Conducting OPEX analysis for the wider Global Ingredients Business Unit and reporting on the Global Ingredients Head Office OPEX costs- Supporting our Category and Channel Marketing teams with financial analysis and reports for their initiatives

My second rotation in the Fonterra Graduate Business Programme was in the office of the CFO as a member of the Group Financial Planning and Performance team. The Group Financial Planning and Performance team is responsible for understanding financial performance and strategic execution for the Fonterra Group as a whole and overseeing the budgeting and forecasting process. During my time in this rotation I producing reports and presentations for the Fonterra Management Team and their respective business units. This was built from analysis on metrics such Gross Margin, OPEX, Return on Capital, Economic Value Add and Working Capital.Business enhancements I led included building the Return on Capital, EVA and Working Capital analysis tools within our business planning and forecasting system.Systems I worked with to during this rotation included SAP BPC and HFM.

My first rotation in the Fonterra Graduate Business Programme was within the Finance Application Support Team down in Fonterra's Finance Delivery Centre.In this role I was working across three of Fonterra's enterprise systems in a systems accountant capacity including Corporate SAP, ANZ SAP and JDE Asia. I also supported a number of other systems such as Blackline and HFM. Key area's of work included supporting the business with SAP workflow issues, acting as a systems administrator for Blackline and completing a number of month end processes for the reporting services team. I also supported projects which included the the transition and migration of information into the new reconciliation tool, and the testing for a new automated invoice processing system.

Singapore

As President of AIESEC Singapore, a youth sector non profit, I worked with a number of key stakeholders to provide leadership for youth in Singapore. Leading a team of nine directors and hundreds of student volunteers we sent over 300 youth on international volunteer or professional internships.Locally we worked with many organisations such as UBS, Microsoft, DHL to provide talent solutions and youth leadership opportunities in our events and intern placement programmes. The largest of such events held was the regional Asia Pacific Youth Congress 2013 which saw over 200 delegates attend for a 10 day conference. Key highlights of the term included:- Celebrating the 40th anniversary of AIESEC Singapore with our alumnus and current students- Receiving on behalf of AIESEC Singapore the Global ING Award for local market reach- Representing AIESEC Singapore abroad at youth congresses and strategic meetings in countries such as Cambodia, Malaysia, Netherlands, Hungary, Serbia and Russia. - Speaking at major events such as AIESEC Singapore's Global Village held at the base of Marina Bay Sands in front of delegates, the public and even a government minister. - Working closely with a senior board of advisors group made up of a number of successful business leaders. - Supporting the development of AIESEC's global and regional sales operations through a series of strategic working groupsKey improvements made during the term included enhancing the organisations financial and governance processes, improving the decision support systems for our wider leadership team and extending the visibility of the organisation.

As the Marketing and Communications Director of AIESEC Singapore we saw our overall youth programme uptake triple to over 300. This was achieved through a combination of product redevelopment activities, online platform enhancements and successful marketing campaigns run in our university chapters. During my term I also facilitated at a number of leadership conferences both in Singapore and abroad, as well as coached students on topics ranging from marketing to team management. Key Achievements included:- Clarified and tracked the key value propositions of our youth products to enhance the quality of our delivery and outreach from promotion to post experience. - Migrated our external web platforms onto one website and implemented an online application system

Before moving to Singapore I worked as a temp at KeyLink Payroll services. This involved data entry and applying New Zealand payroll law to clients timesheets.

As an accounts officer in IAG's financial accounting team I was responsible for completing accounts receivable transactions. Aside from this I also completed some accounting process mapping and other financial administration activities.

Working as an administration support officer took me across a variety of business units in New Zealand's largest insurance provider. Some of the more regular activities I completed included invoice processing for the accounting services team, covering the national office reception and phones and providing the marketing team with general administration support. Other adhoc jobs included supporting procurement with RFP's, printing and packaging training and development material and helping with the property relocation to the NZI Centre.
