For most of my life, I have been the family member that helped others with their technology. My mom made sure of this, sitting me in front of computer with various learning games from a young age, and letting me figure it all out. Ever since, I have had a passion for the real world application of technology and a great interest in how it can help others. My goal is to use my position in the tech industry to help lower the barriers to entry and understanding that tech can exhibit for many, allowing any and all to take advantage of the modern resources we posses. As a graduate of the Syracuse University iSchool, and now a Tech Support Associate at BeerBoard, I apply the skills I've acquired to not only help solve problems, but also give clients the most concrete understanding of the systems they interact with as possible. Living in the information age isn't always self-explanatory, which makes crucial the presence of a human who can bridge the gaps; a role I am determined to fulfill to the best of my ability, to keep people connected.
