Background includes 25 years of customer service experience, including 19 in the Airline industry. Adept at balancing employee supervision, multiple tasks and priorities seamlessly while delivering highest level of customer service and safety to passengers. Born and raised in Ireland I have always had a ingrained and genuine curiosity for travel and desire to explore foreign lands. As a result my early career experience in the travel and hospitality industry was gained in Ireland, Lüdenscheid Germany,London United Kingdom and Sydney Australia. A transatlantic shift in 1995 to the United States resulted in 12 very rewarding years living and working in New York City. Currently living in Atlanta GA. for 8 years and counting. The most important thing I've learned in my career is that to give exceptional service you must become a exceptional person yourself. Fortunately, I have been very privileged to work with and train under some of the most seasoned and dedicated crew members in the airline industry and proudly call many friends today.Recently made redundant because of company bankruptcy and continued uncertain economic conditions in aviation sector I am now seeking new challenges and opportunities for professional growth and advancement with a major airline.
