Working on the East Facing Connection along the North Auckland Line.Involved from the early investigations to completion of active railway lines feeding from the existing network down into Mt Eden station and tunnels - my scope of works were:- Retaining Walls - gravity block and piled - pile caps, shotcrete, cast insitu walls- Major Earthworks - excavations down to 6m below existing surface, drainage infrastructure upgrades, overhead power support structures and railway subgrade constructionCurrently managing the civil package across EFC - including full road/footpath/streetscape construction, 3 waters & dry utility upgrades and retaining structures.

Working on the Christchurch Northern Corridor (CNC Alliance) an NZTA road of national significance - Project Value $240m.Directly responsible for drainage, shared user path and barrier contracts across 1 of 2 zones on the project. Shared responsibility for managing all earthworks and roading contractors across the zone.My key roles and responsibilities included: - Forward works planning - Programming construction activities Construction methodology Communication with contractors/suppliers Address and implement efficiency in design and delivery- Daily operational management - Permit issuing Quality assurance and document control Resolve design issues (RFIs, NCRs etc.) Inspection of physical works and ensuring compliance with specs Health and safety monitoring- Post works close out - Payment verification to sub-contractors Claim measure ups
