Aidan Kreuz is currently a full time student at Arizona State University. He will graduate in May 2024 from the W.P. Carrey School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in human resources. He has made the Dean’s list four times during his tenure at Arizona State University and the University of Toledo.In his two years as an Assistant Coach and the Logistics Director for Chick-fil-A, Aidan cultivated his skills in team development and management as he trained multiple shift supervisors and oversaw the weekly schedule. In the summer of 2021, he had the highest performance numbers during his shifts while his store was ranked number one in Ohio. Currently, as a shift supervisor at Starbucks, Aidan coaches the team individually and as a whole to provide timely quality service to all customers. He also works on Lyle’s Crepes food truck and enjoys the opportunity to learn from a small business owner and interact with the local community at a variety of events. Aidan is passionate about the development of people and supporting their success. He is pursuing a career in team and leadership development, and talent research. One day Aidan will own his own coffee shop with people and the community at the center of his mission and vision. In his free time, Aidan loves spending time with his family and friends.
