He's very capable of showing me all sides of an issue when we meet, and he always makes others feel good, celebrating their "super power" with them. I also find Aidan eager to get to know his reports as people, he's a big proponent of people first management, and gets to know engineers as people, not just employees. It's been a privilege to work alongside Aidan so far, and I'm excited for what I'll learn from him in the future.", "Aidan has been a phenomenal engineer to work with. His technical ability speaks for itself - he's the engineer that we put on all of our largest and most difficult projects, and we can trust that he will follow the right steps to break them down, understand the problems, design / scope the eng work needed, and execute + bring in the right additional engineers to help. Shortly after, Aidan began to manage all of our remote engineers. He runs 1:1s with them, manages their development plans, syncs with them on complex projects, and has been able to get them to a level where they can be trusted to handle higher-level engineering projects with his assistance. All in all, I've been very impressed with Aidan as an engineer and as a leader. He is the heart of our engineering team at Apollo, and would make a great fit for any team!", and "Aidan is a very well-rounded software engineer.
