I was responsible for the overall management of 60 agents in the areas of customer experience surveys and inbound & outbound contact centre contracts both nationally and abroad; each with specific service level agreements and kpi’s both in the private and public sector.I had overall responsibility for ensuring that service levels are achieved and carried out to the highest standard; maintaining & building on strong client relationships and also tracking financial P&L performance against the yearly business plan.
