Exercise Physiology programs provide a critical role in the rehabilitation of injuries. However it always proves a challenge when the Exercise Physiology program within the compensable spaces. As they must engage the client AND achieve the RTW goal.Working in the compensable spaces I have seen:🤝 EP treatment with high client engagement but lacking direction towards RTW goals.🎯 EP treatment overly focused on RTW, leading to client disengagement.🚀 EPs not fully utilizing their expertise to EMPOWER key stakeholders (Rehabilitation Providers, Case Managers, Employers, GPs) in the client's rehabilitation journey.So, how do EPs navigate these challenges to benefit EVERYONE in the RTW process?🌐 At Specialised Health, Here's Our Approach:1. Collaboration from the Start 🤝: We engage ALL key stakeholders - the Client, Case Manager, Rehabilitation Provider, GP, previous allied health professionals and anyone else pivotal in the RTW process - right at the beginning.
