Co-Creator and producer of the Behind The Business podcast as an initiative for my role in the F. David Fowler Career Center, which entails booking podcast guests, creating talking point sheets, monitoring sound levels live during recording and editing, uploading and promoting 8 episodes within 3 months One of two co-hosts each episode, focused on providing valuable feedback to guest responses and developing thoughtful conversation for guests and listeners to ensure listener retention above 50% for all 40 minutes Using audio-editing software to edit each episode to ensure conversation flows seamlessly, and that all podcasters have similar audio levels which ensures a pleasant and professional listening experience

Currently developing a podcast on interviewing multiple members of the GWSB community, such as program leaders, professors and student leaders, to provide students with a better insight on their career journey and background which will allow students to feel a better connection to the heart of the school.

Completed a research project by parsing through information of over 80 MLS Next clubs to allow the company to identify over 20 clubs to reach out to and work with as College Recruitment Advisors which generated a new revenue stream for the company.Developed a slide deck and business pitch by researching players we have worked with and designing slides that will be used in meetings with executives of professional soccer leagues to become official scouting partners of the league and allowed us exclusive access with many professional clubs.Attended and scouted multiple MLS Next games at a tournament at which created a database of rosters all rosters for U-15 to U-19 age groups and generated scouting reports of the teams and players I watched at the tournament which helped build out the companies youth scouting database.

Created the 2024 Events + Tradeshow Calendar by researching past events and organized resulting information, such as booth sizes available, sponsorship opportunities, location and market segment into an Excel sheet to track and organize these events.Developed and designed a Power Point by pulling quotations from over 20 client case studies to generate multiple slideshows that are utilized in the office experience center and at trade shows to showcase customer success stories to potential clients.Organized the 2024 Events budget by using Excel tools to track the pricing of events from previous years and events for 2024, and created averages for criteria such as booth size, location, and market segment to track and compare spending trends in light of the company mission and budget.

Compiled weekly research documents on marketing trends using a database tool (MyPrimeLingo) to find underdeveloped market segments which allowed on campus marketing promotions to the focused and targeted to the segment with the most potential growth.Collaborated with the group sales and marketing teams on multiple projects such as the George Washington College Series game utilizing guerrilla and social media marketing on campus to help sell over 200 tickets.Planned and organized a career panel for George Washington University Students with members of the Washington Wizards office by reaching out to staff to come on and answer questions on the panel which generated and allowed the Wizards to promote working for them and students a chance to network with industry professionals.
