I am a Mental Performance Associate and Curriculum Developer at Flow Performance, a startup for Mental Performance Coaching led by Jeremy Rahn, the Mental Performance Coach for the Baltimore Orioles and Philadelphia Flyers. I am passionate about helping athletes and non-athletes alike achieve their goals and enhance their mental health through mindfulness, confidence, self-talk, and other techniques.I also work as a Professional Tutor at Dutchess Community College and SUNY Ulster, where I tutor students in subjects such as Psychology, English, and Writing. I incorporate an empathetic approach to my sessions, aware that each student brings a unique set of strengths and weaknesses to the forefront. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Health and Wellness Studies from Binghamton University. I also gained experience as a Teaching Assistant and a Speaking Center Consultant. I enjoy applying my knowledge and skills in different contexts and learning from diverse perspectives.
