I played a crucial part as a significant People leader, extended leadership team and people leadership team.Key Accomplishments• Improved employee morale and competitiveness of the employment offer through the redesign of the Investments team reward strategy aligned to the Group Employee Value Proposition.• Contributed to the evolution of the employment model, which involved consolidation of several Enterprise Agreements into one, brought about business benefits, such as reduced complexity (harmonised reward frameworks) and improved market pricing.• Spearheaded the design and implementation of the Financial Accountability Regime, ensuring compliance, uplifting risk culture, and enhancing organisational effectiveness.

I led the redesign of the JBWere variable compensation plan, transitioned to the new model without regretted loss of financial planners, and optimised the organization's cost structure. In accordance with the desired operating model shift, I developed a new organisational structure for the Corporate and Institutional Bank that matched clients with fresh knowledge centres. In support of the Bank's cloud and digitalization strategy and the reward stream under the "Simpler Bank" initiative, which saw the transition of capabilities across the Bank.Key Accomplishments• Led project and ensured the implementation of the NAB employee engagement as well as culture survey throughout the Bank whilst acting as a catalyst for positive cultural change.• Headed response to ASIC Enforceable Undertaking; led the assessment of the Financial Markets Incentive Plan governance arrangements; implemented results that increased efficiency.• Directed a team to ensure portfolio aligned with Business & Private Bank, Corporate & Institutional Bank, and Customer Products & Platform (incl. Superannuation, Asset Management) businesses.I was seconded to MLC to lead the reward stream of the MLC divestment from NAB.
