My primary responsibility was QA/Testing and Support for UBS Neo. UBS Neo was a 3 year programme to replace all of UBS's various client facing applications with a 1 single dealer platform. This included all IB products (FX, MM, Equities, FI, Commodities, ETD, Prime Services, Research, Analytics, Reporting, CRM, UBS Delta) from pre-trade, post-trade, order management, algorithmic trading, settlement and payments and deployed seamlessly across desktop, web and mobile. I was involved in UBS Neo from inception including the business case definition, discovery, global build-out, internal rollout to all front-office staff (sales, traders, research analysts, client advisors) and then to external clients and marketing launch. For UBS Neo we implemented a unique SDLC which incorporated agile and user centric design with continuous spoke and hub delivery. UBS Neo has already won numerous industry awards.After one year my role was extended to included QA/Testing & Support for all of Client Facing Technology. This included eCommerce, Enterprise Mobility, Social Enterprise, Cloud Operating Model, Web Communications and Branding and management of various legacy applications. My responsibilities included QA & Testing, Environments, Release Management, L1 Support, L2 Support, Infrastructure Support, Service Assurance and end to end delivery.

At BarCap my role involved building out a new test team from scratch and implementing a test process. This was part of a large programme to replace various vendor systems with an in-house built system for managing FX Risk and Pricing. As this was a multi-phase delivery, this also involved interim vendor performance and regulatory upgrades of the legacy systems to ensure we kept up with business demand. Due to ongoing FX expansion across the globe, testing of the new system was a constant moving target.

My role at BofA involved the end to end testing of the FX Online Trading System (FXTransact) as well as the various Portal and API Clients. I was responsible for E-Trading QA working with my colleagues in Chicago, New York and Bangalore. This included working with all parties helping to define the Testing Process and integrating the QA Process into the Development Lifecycle using Agile/TDD. I also worked drafting and implementing our FIX Rules of Engagement and on-boarding clients using our FIX and Java Trading APIs.

My role at ING was initially to evaluate, install and configure an Automated Test Tool. The tools evaluated included Rational Enterprise Studio, Mercury WinRunner \ LoadRunner, E-Tester and RadView WebLoad with Rational the selected provider. In addition to implementing a test tool, I was also charged with Functional, Security, Performance and Disaster Recovery Testing of the eCommerce platform. This included applications consisting of User Profiling, FX Trading, Equities and Derivatives, CRM, MM, PMO, Research and News among others.
