• Improved Customer Service – Advocated for and implemented a new helpdesk tracking system. Support requests previously managed by email. New system centralized support requests for the Information Services team.

• Provided software, hardware, and network support to all staff with a constant focus on internal and external network security standards. A high-energy, customer-facing role that required outstanding communication.

• Innovation – Designed, programmed, and maintained two custom databases – one for the library’s usage statistics and one for the library’s golf tournament sponsors & supporters. Both databases are still being used today.
