I am a 4th year student at the University of Cincinnati Lindner College of Business. I am studying Real Estate and Finance. I am a member of University of Cincinnati Real Estate Association where I have had the opportunity to meet many professionals in the Real Estate world from around the Cincinnati area. Real Estate Intern at Winsupply Inc. I had the ability to apply my learning from the classroom from both Real Estate and Finance to tackle complex problems and tasks. I have been able to acquire experience and learning opportunities in the commercial real estate world with a focus in Industrial Properties. During my Internship I got to compute Financial Analysis, Research Markets and gain knowledge in the development of Real Estate.Worked at a restaurant named Archers' Tavern as a server. Interacted with lots of different people every day, Memorized an entire food and drink menu. Practiced sales and upselling techniques to get customers to spend more money. Provided a positive customer experience to retain customers and create relationships.
