Through LEADS (Leadership Experience And Development for Success), I am developing highly valued soft skills that will serve me throughout my education and career. Being in this position has taught me about how to be a leader but also how to inspire. I aim to create passionate mentors who help the younger undergraduates of the program. This has shown me how to manage different people and how to get on a deeper level with each person so I understand how I can best support them personally and professionally. Currently seeing an increase in mentees wanting to give back and become mentors for the next group of students.

As part of the board, I am responsible for creating recaps and presentations for the club and researching positions for members to apply to. Also, I am responsible for looking to bring new members into the club by promoting the club at the club fair and maintaining current member involvement by putting together club socials. Managed to increase the club size by 50% this past year.

During my time, I executed various tasks related to fulfilling and activating partnership assets. Created recaps outlining each individual asset a partner had and how they performed that year. Spotted and organized social media posts with good partner activation for later use, and forwarded special moments to the dedicated rep to be sent to our partners. Hosted partners for batting practice viewings and games, ensuring they had a one-of-a-kind experience. Researched how our partner's signage performed by comparing media value and finding new areas of opportunity using the Nielsen and YouGov platforms. Further, strengthened my communication and interpersonal skills through consistent interactions with front-office executives and partners of the San Diego Padres.

LEADS (Leadership Experience And Development for Success) Program offers a select group of Merage School undergraduate students the opportunity to participate in professional development, mentoring workshops, and networking events with Merage School alumni and community leaders. Through the program, I am developing highly valued soft skills that will serve me throughout my education and career.

Organized and ran San Jose Earthquakes Summer Soccer Camps and Legends Clinics. Taught large groups of players with all skill levels the basics and ways to improve their soccer ability, demonstrating leadership and accountability.

Coached a competitive youth soccer team by creating weekly practice routines, organizing a team to work as one, and helping players improve their soccer skills to bolster individual and team performance.
