After graduating from my apprenticeship program at M Powered Strategies, my client delivery work shifted to include strategic planning for a non-profit, acquisitions and budget analysis for a client's software development office, and leading a team gathering functional requirements solicitation and documentation.• Led a team assisting in a major software development project, ensuring urgent functionality was released on time by developing a tactical plan to prioritize features, and by working with clients directly to draft business requirements• Served as proposal captain, coordinating the drafting, review, staffing, and pricing efforts to create proposals for both short-term and multi-year engagements• Developed a strategic plan after conducting market analysis and stakeholder interviews, giving the client the confidence needed to pivot and adapt to their changing market• Captured contract needs and drafted business cases to analyze the ROI of projects under consideration, improving the efficiency of client technological acquisitions

I started at M Powered Strategies in our apprenticeship program, where in addition to full time client projects we underwent a formal training and coaching program. The goal of the program was to provide a broad understanding and working knowledge of the fundamentals of management consulting, with particular emphasis on the firm's core service lines of strategic planning, organizational development, and facilitation. During this time my client work focussed mainly on facilitation within our client's Office of Information and Technology. My role was to work with our partnering technical architects to increase buy-in and awareness for the client's shift to shared services and a more efficient technical architecture.• Developed a foundational knowledge of strategic planning, organizational development, and other management consulting practices in a six month accredited apprenticeship with weekly training and coaching sessions• Created and led a technical writing team, helping to ensure the quality of deliverables for a forty-member engagement team by developing and running a deliverable QC review process• Led and organized meetings among senior executives, helping to develop a consensus among agency decision makers for our client’s technical architecture plan

During my time with Greener Corporation over Summer 2014, I worked to research the options for replacing the company's entire manufacturing, sales, and accounting software suite. The end goal for the company was not only to upgrade to the latest technological standards, but also to implement a software package that would collect data on all facets of the manufacturing process in order to make more informed pricing and production decisions. My role was to explore the functionality of potential software options, and ultimately make a suggestion based on which provided the best value and analytical capabilities.• Mapped the firm’s sales and manufacturing steps to create a process map used to determine operations that could be automated or streamlined by software• Evaluated and chose a new cloud based enterprise resource planning and accounting suite used to both automate business processes and collect a range of step-by-step data points in manufacturing
