Analysis, design and implementation of commercial models for public and private Mexican pharmaceutical market (price, margin and discounts’ distribution). Commercial effectiveness projects in Mexico and Central America through: sales force segmentation, costs identification and sales force deployment. Product and market determination and projection in Mexico and L.A. “Go To Market” strategy development including market, portfolio and organization requirement analysis.
