I am responsible for creating, executing and delivering marketing plans for the hotel. This includes the planning and promotion of events such as dances, parties and weddings. It also involves the development of marketing materials, adverts and social media campaigns in order to promote the hotel as a destination to stay, to eat and to drink in. As a member of the front of house team I also bring first hand expertise to the marketing activities. I conduct research on the tourism industry across Fermanagh and Northern Ireland to ensure the hotel is reaching key demographics, and attracting new prospective customers. I also attend and prepare for trade events and public events as a representative for the hotel.
