Achievements and responsibilities:- Responsible for rostering and managing 30+ staff- Undertook a significant role in the management of the store including budgeting and targets; trade reports; management of security, maintenance and housekeeping and staff welfare.- Implemented and maintained a new clocking and work cycle system for staff roster and payroll.- Upgraded and maintained a new management handover and roster scheme, enabling more efficient and detailed communication between the management team on a day-to-day basis.- Training and development of new management staff during a transitional period in the company.
