I have diverse construction experience gained over 25 years in Australia, United Kingdom and South Africa. I now lead a highly successful and enthusiastic team of estimators, driving sales for the Victorian branch of SHAPE Australia. I excel in tender strategy through my strong practical background and technical knowledge of the fit-out and refurbishment market. I provide strategic opportunity pipeline management, tendering agility in a competitive market, a detailed knowledge of construction budget and lump-sum pricing analyses and a watchful eye on the current fit-out market trends. I count my driving forces as personal growth through application, education and experience, and my enthusiasm in the education, growth and development of the people I work with. I am currently the Estimating Manager at SHAPE (VIC). Through my previous site and project management career in heavy refurbishments and large scale fit-outs, I have built on my practical knowledge of this challenging sector of the construction industry.
