Ingles being my most recent job, allowed me to use the many skills learned over my prior jobs to bring complete customer satisfaction. Being a cashier I help customers make a quick and fun stop making sure they know about our rewards card so they get only the best deal while shopping at Ingles. What I would say is the best part of working here is the minor skills I perfected or learned along the way. Such skills are learning how to use a palette jack to unload trucks, stocking shelves, helping the customer with their needs, and keeping a cleaner healthier environment.

Floor & Decor was a very great learning experience for me, due to the workload I took on. At the beginning I was a cashier who’s job was to check supply of products, help process orders, make sure the warehouse team got the orders so our customers can get all their product on one safe pallet, process returns on all leftover tiles the customer had, and most importantly make sure all customers walk out satisfied and are given an extra hand loading it into their vehicle if needed. As I moved up I became a floors sales associate for wall tiles, and bricks. I would help people locate and load their carts up with the product they were looking for, get situated with all the proper grout or mortar they might need, help recommend tiles that would match what their looking for, help people find the right thresholds they may need, and help people find the proper square footage so that they can get the right amount of material. Skills I picked up along the way was learning to spot a forklift, using a pallet jack, improved customer service, and booking keeping (counting registers at night).

My time at Top Golf was a short but memorable one! Near the opening of the grand Top Golf I roamed up and down the stairs making sure all bathrooms, tables, floors, and kitchens drains were up to health code standards. At night I would run the field raking up all the golf balls off the field so that we may run them through the cleaner so that customers are ready to hit the course the next day. Skills I learned was to look around closely for any messes, maintenance, and proper work manners.
